He put in walnuts, craisins, dried blueberry and some raisins. He's really getting good at that elastisticky crumb (inside, if I've got my terms right). That's what I was trying to capture in the picture, not sure if that came across in the photo for sure.
Oooh, I think he used molasses as well. Niceness!
